Cortana is an AI-powered business operations platform that helps you manage clients, payments, employees, schedules, and communications — all in one place. Our Services are designed for business use and may integrate with third-party tools like WhatsApp or email for automation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use Cortana. By using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access Cortana, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• All activity that occurs under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@cortana.ai.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Plans

Cortana offers flexible payment options:

• Monthly Plan: $300 per month, billed monthly.

• Yearly Plan: $2,500 per year (save $1,100).

• Additional Storefronts: $50/month each, or $40/month with a yearly plan.
  
  

4.2 Billing

Payments are processed securely by our third-party providers. By subscribing, you authorize Cortana to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

4.3 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time after cancellation, except as required by law.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use Cortana only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our platform.

• Use Cortana to send spam, harassment, or unlawful messages.

• Upload or store harmful code, viruses, or misleading data.

• Interfere with system security or access other users’ data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

6. AI and Automation

Cortana uses AI to automate and analyze business operations. You retain ownership of your input data.
By using our AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver and improve the Services.

We do not sell your data or use it to train any external AI models.

7. Data and Privacy

Your data is protected by our Privacy Policy.
You maintain ownership of your business and client data at all times.
We may process aggregated, anonymized data to improve our Services and performance analytics.

8. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
Cortana is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks of Cortana belong to Cortana Technologies, Inc.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our materials without written permission.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cortana may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms;

• Fail to pay subscription fees; or

• Engage in misuse, fraud, or abuse of the platform.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for a limited period for export before permanent deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Cortana and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You use Cortana at your own risk. AI recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute business or legal advice.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cortana Technologies, Inc., its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Cortana after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.
